So, I officially have a blog now! Watch out Living Hope.
We are heading into our 4th week of the Sunday night service at the Brush Prairie campus. I'm not sure how you are all feeling, but I really love the atmosphere of this new service. Sorta feels laid back combined with a spiritual intimacy that is totally cool. Bobby's worship is so heartfelt and it just moves people. We are so excited to be teaming together. God has been bringing people together to make this service work. We still need help with volunteers in all areas. So, I hope you listen to what God calls on your heart.
Thanks for being such a cool group of people. There have been lots of Living Hope staff members going to this service with their spouses, families and friends. It seems like this gives them a chance to take in God's word after all the weekend services they work at. I love being able to share this time with them. Last week it just felt like people were worshipping with so much heart - I loved that. John's message and the tile thing was really cool.
Must go help Katherine with our little guy, Luke. He was 3 months old today and it's diaper time. Yes, pastors do the diaper change thing. There's probably a sermon in that. What a night... Isabella and I were running through the house and she slid around a corner and hit the door jamb. Oh, that was loud. After all the tears and an ice bag, she insisted it would feel better if she watched a little television before bedtime. Always milking it! She is fine, but I am sure a shiner photo will make her scrapbook, like last years cast on her ankle after jumping of the bed!
Well, I must sign off from my first official blog.
